Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal to ensure trackable and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots in their original packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box, attaching the return label clearly to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
